Bring us a portfolio. We read it building by building.
We are looking for a few owners of many buildings, and their brokers, to shape Sentinelle and Vigil9 on real contracts. First in France.
An eight-week diagnostic
What the work looks like
Weeks 1–2
Ingest and scope
Your contract and its schedule, your building inventory. We agree on the perils and the buildings in scope.
Weeks 3–5
Building by building
A coverage matrix: for each building, what the policy covers, excludes and limits, each line tied to its clause.
Weeks 6–8
Peril by peril
The gaps, qualified by peril, and the points to raise with your broker or counsel at your next renewal or tender.
What we need from you
The contract and its schedule. The full policy wording, not the certificate.
The building inventory. Addresses, uses, and what you know of each site.
One hour with your insurance manager. To agree on scope, then to review the findings.
What you get
A coverage matrix, building by building, with the clause behind each line.
The gaps by peril: river overflow, run-off, groundwater, and what the wording does with each.
Points to raise with your broker or counsel at your next renewal or tender.
Sentinelle's reading of policies is in build: during a pilot, our team checks every reading by hand. We sign a confidentiality agreement before receiving any document, and your documents stay yours.
